Policies
Please notify us 24 hours in advance of your appointment of any changes or cancellations. Arriving more than 5 minutes late will result in appointment cancellation and a charge of up to 50% of your scheduled services.
For safety and sanitation, we cannot allow guests with open wounds to receive services.
All bookings are subject to a 20% deposit at time of scheduling to prevent no-shows for our valued staff.
Please accompany all minors under the age of 16 during services.
We limit guests to one complimentary alcoholic beverage per service day after 11AM.
